Lois Manno
This piece is made entirely out of Lois’s Modeling Glass formula. It consists of special binders and mediums that are added to glass powders and transforms into a material that can be sculpted like clay and kiln-fired. Mounted on a glass base.

Steffen Plistermann
On the Edge relies on spontaneous processes, pushing the glass to the brink of collapse while shaping the form on the blow pipe. Fragments from the blown form are then fused and layered through multiple firings, ultimately bringing the work to its final form. This piece took on a life of its own!
