These wall sculpture feathers are hand-sculpted from kiln-formed glass powders with a dichroic coating. Dichroic glass is glass which can display multiple different colors depending on lighting conditions. Special binders and mediums are added to transform the glass powders into a material that can be sculpted like clay. Feathers are fired multiple times in a kiln to achieve their final form.
